Motivation:
The Pametna Mlaka (Smart Swamp) emerging data space has been recognised as one of the European Commission's top four best practices in smart city initiatives. Its success was presented by Mayor Matjaž Rakovec at the Mayors' Forum in Switzerland.
The goal of this pilot is to expand Pametna Mlaka into a fully operational and scalable data space.
Use Case Description:
Micro-Location Environmental Monitoring: Deploying sensors on buses or other mobile infrastructure for real-time environmental data collection.
Predictive Traffic Analytics: Enhancing traffic flow and sustainability in the city centers of Kranj and Pula.
